Valda's Beach House
is a log cabin home that boasts an excellent use of space, with
cathedral ceilings in every room. Sleeping up to 10 people this is
an excellent place for 2 families or a group of friends to spend a
holiday at Sandy Point at a very affordable price. This house has a
generous sized bedrooms with built in robes. There is a separate
bathroom, toilet and laundry. The kitchen and dining rooms are centrally
located to provide easy open plan living, this extends to the living
room which has a fireplace. |

The lounge has
large windows, carpet, TV & DVD/video player. Balcony with gas BBQ cooking,
wood heating and winter sunshine (for the occasional cooler weather).
There is also a wood BBQ outside. |

The kitchen
is fully-equipped with an electric stove, a microwave,
a refrigerator, dishwasher a kettle and toaster.
Guests will also find a selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and
cooking utensils.

The four bedrooms,
sleeping up to ten people
Pillows, mattresses and doonas are supplied. Please bring sheets, (or
sleeping bags), doona covers, pillowcases, towels and bath mats.

| A five
minute stroll takes you to the beautiful Sandy Point beach, cafe and
general store. During the summer months take advantage of the licensed
premises of the Sandy Point Life Saving Club.
Pets are allowed.
If pets soil carpets, cleaning will be at your expense, so will any
damages that occur. Property is not fenced but the top deck is enclosed.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
