discerning traveller an elegant and very comfortable retreat that’s only a
minute or two’s walk over the sand dunes from a truly unforgettable ocean

The Studio's kitchen is complete with all
the quality cutlery and crockery you will need. Gas stove and
hotplates, microwave oven and all stainless steel pots and pans.
You will also find a 36" flat LCD television
and a DVD and
CD player with quality JBL speakers. The Studio also has air
conditioning cooling and heating, the wood fire is supplied
with plenty of wood for your stay. Both bedrooms have Nobo room heaters.
Outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ
are also supplied. |

sundial by Grassy Spur sculptor Kim Devenish may be seen at The Studio,
providing undoubted enjoyment and perhaps a little inspiration to those

A baronial fireplace of clinker
brick with a Coonara, inviting leather sofas, a cook’s kitchen, and two
comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds are
only some of the features of The Studio.
Polished hardwood floors, high angled ceilings with fans, beautiful
furniture, a modern bathroom, a second shower, a laundry with an automatic

Books, a stereo system and a dial-up Internet connection point are also available
for guests’ use at The Studio.
Inviting verandahs complete with outdoor furniture and an electric barbecue
combine to make The Studio an ideal place to relax, unwind and rediscover
the real pleasures of life. |

Sandy Point really is central to the
best that South Gippsland has to offer, such as fishing and windsurfing at
Shallow Inlet, hiking in Wilsons Promontory National Park, exploring the
picturesque townships of Foster, Fish Creek, Port Franklin, Toora and
Walkerville, and experiencing the grandeur of the Strzelecki Ranges. |

is always the splendid natural beauty of Waratah Bay, just over the
dunes from The Studio.
See the peaks of the Prom away to the south and the reassuring flash
of the Cape Liptrap lighthouse visible to the north when the sun has
gone down after yet another wonderful day. |

The Studio Tariff
Bookings are for the sole use of
the property for up to 4 people.
Linen and towels are supplied.
Tariffs listed are for 2 people
sharing, for the use of the second
bedroom add $40.00 per night.
Christmas and January School
Holidays tariff is
for up to 4 people using both
bedrooms.
No charge for children under 2
sharing the main bedroom.
Tariff based on minimum 2 night
stay. Single night bookings on
request.

Booking Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted are in
Australian Dollars.
Half deposit is required upon
booking.
Final payment is due seven days
prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than 14 days
prior to arrival - full refund
less 10% cancellation fee of the
total tariff.
Cancellations within 14 and 7 days
prior to arrival will be subject
to a fee of 50% of total tariff
unless we are able to refill the
total period booked, a 10% fee of
the total then applies.
Cancellations within 7 days prior
to arrival will be subject to a
fee of 100% of total tariff unless
we are able to refill total period
booked, a 10% fee of the total
then applies. No refunds for early
departure or non-arrivals.
Amendments to booked dates earlier
than 14 days prior to arrival, no
charge. Amendments within 14 days
prior to arrival will be treated
as a cancellation.

through to Thursday nights. Not
available in school holiday
periods.
