Round House accommodates up to 10 people in modern comfort and style.

Natural light, soaring
curved ceilings, polished Jarrah timber floors, rich shades of aubergine,
sand, dark terracotta and sage, and "artwork" windows are some of the
architectural features of the main living space.
Its sumptuous appointments include really comfortable lounge chairs and
sofas, blond wood dining and occasional furniture, a wood heater and
ceiling fans and is perfect for entertaining family and friends. |

The Round House has
two separate living areas inside plus a outdoor entertaining deck
complete with furniture and a large gas barbecue.
In the central living room is a colour television, VCR, stereo with CD
player, along with a quality sofa that quickly converts into a double
bed. |

The modern kitchen is
fully equipped, with a comprehensive choice of utensils, crockery and
cutlery, as well as a spacious refrigerator, a gas cook top, electric
oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster and a dishwasher. |

The Round House has
three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with private
en suite and private courtyard. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed,
while the third bedroom has four single beds. There is also a good
quality double bed settee in the second living area. Covered
doonas and pillows are supplied.
BYO all bed linen and towels. Alternatively linen and towels can be supplied
at an extra cost of $15.00 per person per stay; please advise whether
linen is required at the time of booking. |

The Round House has two
bathrooms, with the main bathroom fitted with a full size bath with shower
over, vanity and toilet. The en suite bathroom off the master bedroom has
a shower recess, vanity and toilet.
There is also an outdoor shower for use when returning from the beach.
Other features include
undercover parking. a lockable garage, plenty of parking space and a
laundry with an automatic washing machine.
There is also a telephone for
incoming calls and local calls out. |

Bookings are for the sole use of
the property for up to 10 people.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
