Walk via a private access track over the sand-dunes and discover one of the best ocean beaches in the world, with the mountains of Wilsons Promontory in the distance.

Stroll along the wide expanse of pristine sand to be found along the shores of Waratah Bay, swim in the clean waters of Bass Strait or enjoy surfing the waves that constantly roll in.
 

Architecturally designed, the Loft is built of western red cedar and features interesting angles and an imaginative use of glass, capturing optimal natural light.

Sliding glass doors overlook a north-facing timber deck, bringing the outdoors right inside.

The Loft is environmentally sound, too; with full insulation to help maintain a pleasant internal temperature, while catching its own rainwater supply, generating its own solar power to heat water, and discreetly treating with its own wastewater on site.
 

A timber staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, which offers a comfortable sleeping space for a couple, in a queen-size bed.

All bedding requirements, including quality bed-linen, a queen-size electric blanket and towels, are provided for guests' use.

The Loft's kitchen is fully-equipped with a comprehensive choice of utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as a spacious refrigerator, an electric cooktop and oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster and a dishwasher.

The bathroom features a shower, hand-basin, a hair-dryer, and separate toilet facilities.

An automatic washing machine is located in a compact laundry cupboard on the back verandah.

At the Loft guests will be embraced by style, and will hear the sounds of the birds and the rolling surf, constant reminders of just how close nature really is.

Just a short walk along Beach Parade will bring guests to the Sandy Point General Store, the Sandy Point Internet Cafe and the licensed Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Other local highlights include Shallow Inlet, historic Walkerville, the Cape Liptrap lighthouse, and of course Wilsons Promontory National Park.
