Experience old-fashioned hospitality at Sandy Point's The Beach House Bed and Breakfast.

The Beach House offers traditional "in-house" accommodation for a single person or a couple, only two-and-a-half hours' drive from Melbourne.

Your hosts, Dianne Cooper and Sally Gibson, together with their little dog "Buster", make all guests welcome in their seaside home.

The Beach House offers guests a beautifully-appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed made up with top-quality linen and a covered doona, with extra pillows and blankets available upon request.

The guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. fitted with a shower recess, a hand basin and a separate toilet.
All bath and hand towels and a bath mat are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

The Beach House guests have their own private entrance and sunny verandah, where a delicious continental or a full cooked breakfast may be enjoyed during the warmer weather.

If they prefer, guests may have their breakfast inside on the dining room table, where there is plenty of room to spread the morning's newspapers out.

A spacious lounge room is also available for guests' exclusive use, with comfortable arm chairs and a sofa, a large colour LCD television, DVD and CD players, a film and music library, plenty of books and games, a wood fire, a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Stroll along the boardwalk on to Sandy Point's magnificent ocean beach and see the peaks of Wilsons Promontory away to the south.

Sandy Point really is central to the best that South Gippsland has to offer, such as fishing and windsurfing at Shallow Inlet, hiking in Wilsons Promontory National Park, exploring the picturesque townships of Foster, FishCreek, Port Franklin, Toora and Walkerville, and experiencing the grandeur of the Strzelecki Ranges.

Please Note: The Beach House B & B is a traditional in-house bed-and-breakfast establishment.
Bookings are for up to 2 people sharing, with the sole use of the main living areas of the house,
in addition to a private bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Bed and Breakfast $140.00 per couple per night

A 2-night minimum stay applies from 26 December 2011 to 26 January 2012,
and also for Easter 2011.

Price quoted is in Australian Dollars.
50% deposit is required by credit card upon booking.
Final payment is due on arrival.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
