Seaspray Beach House is located in the tiny township of Walkerville North within the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, overlooking Waratah Bay and the peaks of Wilsons Promontory.

Walkerville North is a leisurely and scenic 195-kilometre drive from the Melbourne CBD with plenty of good food, wine and sights along the way.

The Beach House can accommodate up to six people, all in luxurious comfort.

Seaspray Beach House has just been fully renovated with no expense spared, with lots of glass and fabulous timber decking providing an unforgettable 180-degree panorama of sea, sky and distant mountains.

Inside is a spacious open plan living area with quality furniture, TV, DVD, stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a fireplace.

There's also a brand-new, fully-equipped jarrah kitchen, including all crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils as well as an electric hob and oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The views from the bedrooms, the living area and the deck is truly amazing. It is a short 50 meter stroll to a quiet beach we like to think is ours and close to the "Magic Beach" of Walkerville South. The bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, decking and furnishings are new and fantastic. If you want a great get away in luxury surroundings, with views, wild life and a feeling of living in the tree tops over looking the beach then this is it!!! Walkerville is the most Southern Coastal township on the Australian Mainland, the air and seas coming from Bass Strait and further South the Antarctic are clean and pure.

Seaspray Beach House has three bedrooms and .The three bedrooms all have sea views, including master with king bed Second TV in BR and ensuite, 2nd with queen and third with two single beds.

Both bathrooms are bright and spacious with jarrah benches, and there is a laundry with a washing machine. There are large window across the front and sides of the house leading onto a large deck with 180-degree views so there are plenty of spots to enjoy the ever-changing views and to feed the very friendly Rosellas, Possums and Kookaburras.

There is also a big population of Sea Birds and Sea life; there are plenty of fish, Dolphins, Seals and if you are very lucky a whale will spend a few days in Waratah Bay. It's a great spot to get into the water whether it's swimming, boating, kayaking, snorkelling or diving for abalone and crays. There is a great beach in front of the house and a five-minute walk to Walkerville South will get you to the stunning sandy beach where the Historical Lime Kilns are situated (photographed). At the turn of the century ships would come from Melbourne to collect high quality Lime to be used as cement for building. There are also several bush walks that begin at Walkerville North through the dense natural vegetation and include lookouts and historical information.
