Surrounded by native tea tree, Seagull Cottage offers a family or group of friends a very comfortable retreat that’s only a minute or two’s walk over the sand dunes from a truly unforgettable ocean beach.

Seagull Cottage's kitchen is complete with all the quality cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils you will need. You'll find a gas stove and oven, a microwave and all stainless steel pots and pans. A full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher are also supplied.

The open-plan lounge and dining room offers a Coonara wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and dining table and chairs for up to six people. There is also find a colour television, a DVD player and a stereo, along with lots of books and games.

The lounge area looks out on to the beautiful garden that surrounds Seagull Cottage.

The two bedrooms sleep up to 6 people, with a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen bed and one set of single bunks in the second bedroom. Pillows and covered doonas are supplied, please BYO sheets, pillowcases, and bath and beach towels.

The fully equipped laundry has a full size washing machine. The bathroom has a shower recess over a hip bath.

Inviting verandah complete with outdoor furniture and a electric barbecue combine to make Seagull Cottage an ideal place to relax, unwind and rediscover the real pleasures of life. The property is fully fenced and the verandah is also completely secure, making Seagull Cottage ideal as a pet-friendly property.

Your pets are welcome at Seagull Cottage, however you are honour-bound to clean up thoroughly after your pet both inside and out, and to keep him or her off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.
Please note that pets are not allowed into Wilsons Promontory National Park at any time, nor are pets to be left unattended at any Promaccom property.

Sandy Point really is central to the best that South Gippsland has to offer, such as fishing and windsurfing at Shallow Inlet, hiking in Wilsons Promontory National Park, exploring the picturesque townships of Foster, Fish Creek, Port Franklin, Toora and Walkerville, and experiencing the grandeur of the Strzelecki Ranges.
