family or group of friends very comfortable retreat that’s only a
minute or two’s walk over the sand dunes from a truly unforgettable ocean

Seagull Cottage's kitchen is complete
with all the quality cutlery and crockery you will need. Gas stove and
hotplates, microwave oven and all stainless steel pots and pans. A
full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher are also supplied. |

The Lounge/dining
room offers a coonara wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, dining table and chairs for up
to six people. You will also find a VCR and colour television.
The lounge room looks out on to the
beautiful garden that surrounds Seagull Cottage. |

The two bedrooms comprise of, bedroom
one, one queen bed. Bedroom two, one double and one set of bunks,
sleeping up to 6 people. Pillows and covered doonas are supplied, please
BYO linen & towels. The fully equipped
laundry has a full size washing machine. The bathroom has
a shower recess over a hip bath. |

Inviting verandah complete with outdoor furniture and a
electric barbecue
combine to make Seagull Cottage an ideal place to relax, unwind and rediscover
the real pleasures of life. The property is fully fenced and the verandah is also completely secure making Seagull Cottage ideal as a dog
friendly property. Dogs are not allowed inside the house. |

best that South Gippsland has to offer, such as fishing and windsurfing at
Shallow Inlet, hiking in Wilsons Promontory National Park, exploring the
picturesque townships of Foster, Fish Creek, Port Franklin, Toora and
Walkerville, and experiencing the grandeur of the Strzelecki Ranges. |

the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
