unforgettable panoramas of Waratah Bay and the peaks of Wilsons Promontory from
nearly every room. |

windows and sliding glass doors in Sea Eagle's open-plan living and
dining areas bring the outside in.

and the weather, and a dress-circle view of the setting sun at the end of

Sea Eagle has a
kitchen designed and set-up by "foodies", with a European induction cook
top and fan-forced oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and top-quality
crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. |

| The main "sky" bedroom
has a whole floor to itself upstairs, with a sumptuous king-size bed made
up with fine linen. Lie in
bed and gaze at the stars at night through the clear ceiling.

| The main bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach and along the coast in
either direction, to Waratah Bay and Sandy Point one way, and towards
Bird Rock and Walkerville South the other. |

Sea Eagle's main
bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a double-rose shower described by
the owners as the "best in South Gippsland".
Walls of glass are the only thing
between you and the ocean, with a section of louvres to let the
sea-breezes in. |

bedroom, too, and the third bedroom has your choice of either 2 king beds
or 4 single beds, with a shared bathroom. |

Half deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival -
Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded
only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 10%
fee of the total then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
Please Note: A $300.00
security surcharge is required in addition to the
applicable weekend and mid-week tariffs, and a $500.00
security surcharge is required for the weekly tariff, and
will be processed with your final payment one week prior to
your arrival date.
This surcharge is refundable within 5 working days, subject
to a satisfactory inspection by the owners of this property
after guests' departure.
