Sandy View Apartments offer luxurious holiday accommodation with truly spectacular views across Sandy Point to Wilsons Promontory, the countryside, Shallow Inlet and glimpses of Waratah Bay.

   
Fully self-contained,  Sandy View Apartments have all the features required to make your stay a memorable one - from an electric BBQ to fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning with heating to TV/DVD, from dishwasher to washing machine, microwave to dryer and much, much more.
   
   
The main living area is made up of a spacious upstairs room. A curved pine lined ceiling, polished floor boards, solid wood heater, reverse cycle air-conditioning and leather sofas make sure you will immediately feel at home.
The room opens to two large elevated decks, so you will always find a spot outside sheltered from any winds and the rain.
The reverse cycle air conditioner will cool you down on hot days or warm you up, if you do not want to light a fire.
A 51cm TV,  DVD player and a stereo music system will help provide you with entertainment.
   

   
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric ceramic hot plates to ensure that looking after yourself is as easy as possible. The large fridge offer plenty of storage space.
Of course you will find enough cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans to make using the dishwasher worth your while.
An electric BBQ can be set up on the front or the back deck.
   

   
Sandy View Apartments each have two bedrooms with accommodation for up to six people. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed; a double bed at the bottom with a single bed up high. An additional single bed allows up to four to sleep in this room. All linen and towels are supplied.

The bathroom and toilet are on the first level together with the bedrooms. The bathroom includes a huge 1200x900 luxurious shower as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The large basin has a tap for hot and cold water and a separate drinking water tap. Hot water is solar heated (heat pump) and is plentiful.

The separate toilet includes another large basin complete with drinking water tap to help cut down on queues to the bathroom.

 

   
There is parking available for one car per apartment   - other cars must be parked at the foot of the driveway. Boat trailers should not be pulled up the driveway, as you will not be able to turn around with a trailer.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside or on the decks for fire safety reasons.

Pets:
As Sandy Point is home to many koalas, echidnas, wombats, possums and other native animals, we do not allow pets on the premises.

Noise:
Sandy View offers you spectacular views across Sandy Point. But being on the hill also means that loud music or a loud television will carry far. Please respect the right of other visitors in Sandy Point to enjoy their holidays, too.

How many people:
No more than six (6) people may be accommodated in a Sandy View townhouse at any time.

Parking:
You have space for one car. All other cars must be parked off site.

Eviction:
Failure to respect the Sandy View regulations may lead to eviction. No refunds will be made in such a case.
 
 


Sandy View Apartment Tariff
Bookings are for the sole use of the property for up to 6 people.  Linen & Towels supplied.
Tariffs listed are for 2 people sharing, for extra people add $15.00 per person per night, children under 2 are not charged.  This does not apply for Christmas & January School Holidays where a flat rate is charged for up to 6 people.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total then applies.
