Sandy Point Beach House is situated at the small coastal resort of Sandy
Point. The township offers an outstanding patrolled surf beach and
excellent fishing and windsurfing in nearby Shallow Inlet.
Within easy walking distance is a
magnificent ocean beach with good surf and safe swimming.
Around the corner is the Sandy Point
General Store, the licensed Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club and the
Sandy Point Cafe.

Sandy Point Beach House is full of charm and natural light and is set in a
quiet street. The large windows let in fresh sea air and make for a breezy
atmosphere. Large outdoor decking and veranda, complete with BBQ and
outdoor furniture. The lounge
room is complete with wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioner, comfy leather
lounges, TV, and video and CD players.

toaster, microwave, kettle and complete set of cutlery and crockery. |

bedrooms offer quality beds supplied with mattress protectors, pillows and
covered doonas. The queen, double and one single have electric
blankets, there is also spare blankets, doonas and pillows.

iron bath perfect for that long soak.
There is also a laundry with a fully
automatic washing machine and trough.

All prices quoted are in Australian
Dollars.
Half deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due seven days prior
to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than 14 days
prior to arrival - full refund less
10% cancellation fee of the
total tariff.
Cancellations within 14 and 7 days
prior to arrival will be subject to a
fee of 50% of total tariff unless we
are able to refill the total period
booked, a 10% fee of the total then
applies.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to
arrival will be subject to a fee of
100% of total tariff unless we are
able to refill total period booked, a
10% fee of the total then applies. No
refunds for early departure or
non-arrivals.
Amendments to booked dates earlier
than 14 days prior to arrival, no
charge. Amendments within 14 days
prior to arrival will be treated as a
cancellation.
*Midweek nights are, Monday through to
Thursday nights. Not available in
school holiday periods.
