Blue Waters Beach House is located in the tiny township of
Walkerville North within the Cape Liptrap National Park,
overlooking Waratah Bay and the mountains of Wilsons Promontory
National Park.
Blue Waters Beach House has
been fully renovated with a large open plan kitchen/living
area with TV, DVD, stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a
wood heater. |

The jarrah kitchen is brand new and is fully-equipped with a
comprehensive choice of utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as
a spacious refrigerator, a electric cook top and oven, a microwave,
a kettle and toaster and a dishwasher. |

The lounge, dining and kitchen are combined into a large L shaped
room. The view are just stunning and can be enjoyed from all
the living areas. |

There is nine metres of window across the front of the house
leading onto a large deck with 200 degree views so there are
plenty of spots to enjoy the ever changing views and to feed the
very friendly Rosellas. |

with queen and third with two single beds. All linen
supplied, BYO towels. |

Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival -
Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be
refunded only if we are able to refill all the period
booked, 10% fee of the total then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
Please Note: A $300.00 security surcharge is
required in addition to the applicable weekend and
mid-week tariffs, and a $500.00 security
surcharge is required for the weekly tariff, and
will be processed with your final payment one week
prior to your arrival date.
This surcharge is refundable within 5 working
days, subject to a satisfactory inspection by the
owners of this property after guests' departure.
