Blue Waters Beach House is located in the tiny township of Walkerville North within the Cape Liptrap National Park, overlooking Waratah Bay and the mountains of Wilsons Promontory National Park.

Blue Waters Beach House has just been fully renovated with a large open plan kitchen/living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, Reverse cycle Air-conditioning and fire place.

The Jarrah kitchen is brand new and is fully-equipped with a comprehensive choice of utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as a spacious refrigerator, a electric cooktop and oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster and a dishwasher.

The lounge, dining and kitchen are combined into a large L shaped room. The view are just stunning and can be enjoyed from all the living areas.

There is nine meters of window across the front of the house leading onto a large deck with 200 degree views so there are plenty of spots to enjoy the ever changing views and to feed the very friendly Rosellas.

Three bedrooms including master with king bed and ensuite, second with queen and third with two single beds. All linen supplied, BYO towels.

You will also fine a fully automatic washing machine, a large gas (supplied) BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also telephone available at the house for incoming and local outgoing calls.
