Banksias, at Waratah Bay, is a
brand-new, sleekly-modern three-bedroom beach house for up to six
people.
Just a minute or two's stroll from a magnificent ocean beach, Banksias
sits among mature native trees, and is perfect as a memorable seaside
getaway for families and friends. |

Banksias's galley-style stainless-steel and laminex
kitchen is complete with a great range of cooking utensils, cutlery,
crockery and glassware. There's also an electric oven and hotplates, a
microwave oven, a combined fridge/freezer and dishwasher, along with a
kettle and toaster. |

|
The kitchen overlooks a spacious,
open-plan dining and living area, with generously proportioned table and
eight chairs, sumptuous leather sofas, a large flat-screen television, a
DVD player and a stereo system.
Watch for native wildlife in the garden through the seat-height windows. |

A wall of glass with sliding doors lets
plenty of natural light in to the main space.
Reverse-cycle air-conditioning ensures Banksias is cool in summer and
warm in winter.
Broad paving at the front of the house features a gas barbecue and timber
outdoor furniture. |

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed,
both with bedside lights. The
third bedroom, in a separate wing at the back of the house, has two
single beds in the form of one set of bunks. Please bring your own sheets,
pillowcases and bath and beach towels. |

The main bathroom has a large bath,
with a shower over, together with a hand basin and toilet.
Banksias also has a second toilet and hand basin, and a laundry with an
automatic washing machine. |

A second shower that's ideal for
washing off the sand after a day at the beach may be found outside on the
back deck. |

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
