Beach House is 6 minutes' walk from the beach and the Sandy Point General
Store and Cafe. With quality appointments and surrounded by tea tree and
native vegetation, this home is situated on high ground, and has a tranquil
and private feel with panoramic rural views from the dining area and
upstairs deck to Shallow Inlet and the hills beyond. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric cooktop, oven,
microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, dishwasher,
crockery, utensils, cutlery, dishes & glassware. |

| Asphodel can
sleep two couples plus up to 4 singles and 1 infant, making it an ideal
destination for the extended family or a group of friends. The second
bathroom upstairs (with toilet, shower and hip bath) ensures that there are
adequate facilities for all. |

| The downstairs entertainment great room has a TV (5
local channels) with VCR and DVD player. There is a selection of movies
available for your viewing pleasure during your stay. There is also a stereo
CD player and a collection of games and books. |

With bed linen supplied (sheets,
pillowcases, doonas and doona covers), the sleeping arrangements are very
comfortable:
Upstairs queen bed room.
Upstairs bunk bed room with upper and lower single bunks, and another single
bed.
Downstairs double bed room with desk and en suite with shower, washing
machine and bar fridge.
Another single bed in the downstairs great room.
Fold-out porta-cot for baby (stored in queen bedroom wardrobe, BYO baby
linen)

In the back, there is a huge private timber deck with
an outdoor table & benches, and a 4-burner gas BBQ. The backyard is very
deep, and home to many native birds and animals. Possums, echidnas, wombats
and koalas are all occasional visitors.
There is a hot
outside shower for washing off the sand and salt after your day at the
beach, and a fold-down clothes line in the back for hanging out wet gear and
washing.
All of the inside taps, including showers, are
connected to the fresh rainwater tank. Thanks to split system air
con/heating, both up- and downstairs, the home stays cool in the summer and
cosy warm in the winter. Parking is available for up to three standard cars.
Only minutes away from the beach and the dunes,
fishing, and other delights of Shallow Inlet, and an ideal base for day
trips to the Prom and beyond, Asphodel can be your home away from home for
your beach holiday.

Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
