| The Argonaut Beach
House at Sandy Point features the luxury of its very own path to the beach,
with no roads to cross; just grab a towel and hat. The Argonaut is backed by sand-dunes
covered with native coastal shrubs and trees, ensuring visitors' privacy.
During the cooler months plenty of wood is provided for the fire heater to be
found inside. Stoke up a cosy blaze and relax on the comfortable leather lounge
suite. |

| The main living space
in the Argonaut is spacious, with kitchen, dining and
lounge areas combined, making entertaining family and friends easy. The kitchen has a
new electric stove and microwave, while the dining area has a long refectory-type
table and the lounge area has a colour television and DVD player. |

| Everything that's
required to cook up a gourmet meal, including crockery, cutlery, saucepans
and utensils, may be found in the recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen. All the visitor
needs to bring are the ingredients! |

| The Argonaut was
designed with family holiday-making firmly in mind. Those who wish to stay
up and talk, read or watch television into the late hours are catered for in
the living areas. Close the passage
door, and children, as well as those wanting an early quiet night, may sleep
undisturbed. The front patio of the Beach House is semi-enclosed and is a
great place for a sunny morning teas. There is an outdoor table, seats and a portable gas
barbecue for quick and easy al fresco meals. |

The
Argonaut Beach House sleeps up to a maximum of 10 people in four bedrooms.
All bedrooms are carpeted and each bed has either a doona
or an eiderdown, blankets and pillows.
Please bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases, and
bath and beach towels.

bedrooms have a queen bed, while another has two single beds and a trundle
bed.

bathroom has been renovated recently, giving the room a large shower, there

House is ideal as a peaceful coastal retreat. Catch up on some reading on
the patio, stroll along one of the most magnificent beaches you're ever
likely to see and enjoy a truly memorable holiday.

arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
