| Built in 2004, the entire frontage of this architect-designed house
features floor-to-ceiling windows to capture both the view and plenty of
natural light, along with a full-width deck.

| On the
expansive deck you will find outdoor furniture together with a shady
canvas umbrella; all you need to survey the dramatic panorama over Corner
Inlet towards the Prom that is laid out in front of you.

The gateway to Wilsons Promontory National Park is just a five-minute
drive away, and the ocean beaches at Waratah Bay and Sandy Point are
within 15 minutes by car. |

Set on over an hectare of lawns and native coastal
bush, A Promontory View is only a few minutes' stroll from scenic Yanakie
beach with its abundant birdlife, a sealed boat-ramp, great fishing and
many walking tracks. |

When you arrive at A Promontory View,
you are welcomed inside via a sheltered courtyard, a glassed-in atrium
with a vaulted clear roof, and the sight and the sound of the sea.
At night you will see the lights of Toora, Barry Beach Marine Terminal and
Port Welshpool to the east.

In addition to the generous
accommodation wing, A Promontory View offers guests 12
squares of magnificent
open-plan living space with a cathedral ceiling, comfortable
leather sofas surrounding a wood fire, a large plasma television with Austar, DVD and CD players, and a good selection of films and books to
choose from.
There is also a wet bar complete with stools, refrigerator, sink and a

Enjoy the vista of water, mountains,
inlet islands and the Strzelecki Ranges from the dining area, with its
long timber dining table and director's chairs.
Two five-metre-wide bi-fold doors allow guests to
choose their outlook, either onto the front deck or into the atrium. |

| The fully-equipped cook's kitchen includes electric wall oven and
hotplates, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,
kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and utensils. |

A Promontory View has four queen
bedrooms, with each bed fitted with an electric blanket, covered doonas,
extra blankets, mattress protectors, and pillows with protectors.

Every bedroom has its own tiled en suite
bathroom, with a fully-enclosed shower, a vanity basin with a large
mirror, a toilet and an exhaust fan.
Bath-mats are provided; BYO bath and beach towels.
Guests are welcome to use the separate laundry, with its automatic washing
machine, dryer, trough and outdoor clothes-line. |

All bedrooms have bedside tables,
reading lights and ceiling fans, and are stylishly decorated.
Two of the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, while the
other two have built-in storage. |

A gas barbecue and electric heaters are
located in the entrance atrium - the perfect place for entertaining all
year 'round.
Outside there is plenty of room for parking, including boats on trailers,
ready for a day's fishing. |

A Promontory View Tariff
Bookings are for the sole use of the property for up
to 8 people.
BYO bed linen, and bath and beach towels.
No pets permitted. No smoking inside.
Please Note: A $200.00 surcharge
is required in addition to the applicable tariff,
refundable within 10 working days subject to a
satisfactory inspection by the owners of this property after
guests' departure.
