'feel' to all rooms. Unit 2 is wheelchair friendly.

Half deposit is required upon booking.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund less
10% cancellation fee of total tariff.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival - deposit will be
refunded only if the period booked can be refilled.
No refunds for
non-arrivals.
Port Albert is a renowned fishing resort. You can fish from
the jetties & wharf or launch your boat to fish the inlet or
Bass Strait. There are hire boats available for fishing the
inlet.
Port Albert is 10 minutes from the delightful town of Yarram,
& a short drive will take you to the 90 mile beach resorts.
The beautiful Strezlecki ranges with the Tarra Bulga National
Park are a short distance away (superb for bushwalking or a
picnic).
Agnes Falls – Victoria's highest single-span waterfall – is a
great place to visit or picnic.
The surrounding area is renowned for it's food festivals,
markets & art & craft galleries .
