a large three-bedroom seaside holiday house located only a short
walk to the magnificent Waratah Bay beach. |

Relax on the front verandah
and admire the friendly rosellas that fly in to visit, lay back
with a good book and watch the waves roll in. |

Waratah Beach House
has a large lounge/dining room with a reverse cycle air conditioner,
keeping you warm and cosy in the winter and cool and comfortable
in the summer.
There's a colour television, radio and cassette deck, as
well as plenty of reading material to choose from.

The 3 large bedrooms
comfortable accommodate up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 has
a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom
has 2 single beds. All bedroom have built in robes.
We supply a covered doona and pillows for all the beds

bring all of your own bed-linen, including pillow-cases, plus
bath- and beach-towels. |

Waratah's kitchen, complete
with ocean views, features a large modern oven with griller
and stove-top.
It also boasts a microwave, a toaster oven, and a large refrigerator.
The kitchen is equipped with all manner of crockery, cutlery,
glassware and cooking utensils.

The bathroom and laundry
has a modem vanity unit, a mirror, a shower cubicle and a
separate toilet. An automatic washing machine is also provided.

Outside, guests will
find a covered parking, a gas barbecue and an outdoor setting.
The front verandah, with its table and chairs, is perfect
for watching the world go by and for keeping safely out of
the way of front-lawn games of tennis or cricket.
Waratah Bay has something to appeal to the whole family;
swimming, surfing, strolling along the beach, throwing in
a fishing line, playing on the sand.
Or explore the walking tracks of Liptrap Coastal Park, with
its stands of native tea-tree, banksia and she-oak, which
lies just to the west of Waratah Bay hamlet.

weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we
are able to refill all the period booked, 10%
fee of the total then applies.
