The Walkerville South Road leads to one of South Gippsland's hidden delights.  Bear Gully features rock pools, little sandy coves, walks and really good fishing.

Take the Bear Gully Road and drive slowly along this rough dirt road for about five kilometres until you arrive at Cape Liptrap Coastal Park.  There is a small camping area at Bear Gully, which is nestled among tea tree, banksia, hakea and she-oak.  Toilets and barbecue areas are provided.

You can spend hours exploring the coastline or just relax on the beach with a good book.  If you would like to swim, do so with caution. The safest time is around low tide when the rocks are exposed.
