Sandy Point Beach House is situated at the small coastal resort of Sandy Point. The township offers an outstanding patrolled surf beach and excellent fishing and windsurfing in nearby Shallow Inlet.

Sandy Point Beach House is full of charm and natural light and is set in a quiet street. The large windows let in fresh sea air and make for a breezy atmosphere. Large outdoor decking and veranda, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

This quality accommodation sleeps up to nine people.

Air-conditioned, wood fire and electric heating.

Polished timber floors mean you don't have to worry about sand coming in.

Within easy walking distance is a magnificent ocean beach with good surf and safe swimming.

Around the corner is the Sandy Point General Store, the licensed Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club and the Sandy Point Internet Cafe.

Facilities

Sandy Point Beach House is fully furnished and sleeps up to nine people. There is a wood and electric heater, a ceiling fan and comfortable seating inside. Colour TV with video player, large fridge freezer and automatic washing machine. Plenty of parking, a large barbecue and a garden setting outside.

Bedrooms

I - one double bed and one single
2 - four single beds (one bunk bed)
3 - one queen bed.

All beds have a covered doona and pillow, please bring your own sheets and pillow cases & towels.

Bathrooms

Sandy Point Beach House has two bathrooms and two toilets. The main bathroom has a king size cast iron bath perfect for that long soak.

Kitchen

There is an oven, a microwave a fridge/freezer and all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. A gas barbecue is outside and gas bottle refills are available at the Sandy Point General Store.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill the period booked. No refunds for non-arrivals
